Within the larger membership of the Association of Art Museum Directors, members of the College and University Museum Directors Group often grapple with issues that are unique to academic institutions. From time to time the group produces reports and guidelines addressing these issues. This section of the AAMD website serves as a repository for such materials so that they may be readily available to everyone who works at, supports, or wishes to advocate on behalf of college and university museums.

A link to the Web site of the State of Florida Division of Cultural Affairs Art in State Buildings Program ( http://www.florida-arts.org/programs/statebuildings) is provided as a courtesy for those who may be interested in the structure of percentage for art in public buildings programs. In the State of Florida, publically funded buildings on college and university campuses fall under this program.
